Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists address a wide range of concerns, including joint and muscle pain, nerve injuries, and issues caused by sports, work-related strains, or trauma. At our clinic, we take a proactive approach to recovery, using a range of hands-on techniques and exercise-based treatments to help you get better and stay better.
But you won’t receive a generic exercise plan on a sheet of paper. Health is personal, and so is our care. Each patient receives a tailored rehabilitation plan to meet their unique needs and goals.
Our highly experienced physiotherapy team conducts a thorough assessment to identify any limitations contributing to your condition. We understand how pain can affect your daily life and work, which is why we go above and beyond to equip you with the tools and knowledge to manage your recovery outside the clinic. Together, we’ll work to eliminate pain and help you achieve your goals.
Physio

Your health, your recovery…

When you’re happy and consent is given, we’ll begin treatment and work together to achieve your goals and guide you back to optimal health.
Your first session will include an in-depth discussion about your current concerns and your medical history. Because we offer longer appointment times, we will always provide treatment during this session kickstarting your recovery!
The number of sessions required depends on several factors, including the nature of your condition, the severity and duration of symptoms, and your personal goals. While everyone is different, most patients achieve optimal health within 4–6 sessions. However, more complex cases can take longer. We’ll discuss our recommendations and create a clear plan to help you get back to where you want to be.
Medical imaging is not typically recommended as a first-line intervention unless certain signs and symptoms suggest otherwise. If further investigation is necessary, we work closely with local GPs and can facilitate referrals to your GP or imaging through your health insurance provider.
At each follow-up session, we’ll assess your progress and discuss any changes you’ve experienced. Every session will be carefully planned to ensure we take the right steps toward achieving your goals.

Treatment methods
Spinal Manipulation
Spinal manipulation is a precise, hands-on technique designed to improve joint mobility, reduce stiffness, and alleviate pain. It’s highly effective for treating back and neck issues, helping you move freely and improving your overall spinal health.
Joint and muscle mobilisation uses controlled movements to address stiffness, pain, and limited range of motion. This therapy is ideal for restoring natural movement patterns and enhancing flexibility, ensuring your body feels and functions better.
The Graston Technique utilises specially designed instruments to reduce tightness and improve circulation in injured areas. This innovative approach promotes faster healing, reduces pain, and enhances overall tissue health.
Trigger Point Therapy targets specific tight spots within muscles, often referred to as “knots,” that cause pain and discomfort. By releasing these points, we can reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and provide lasting relief from persistent aches.
Active Release Technique (ART) combines targeted pressure with movement to release muscle tension and improve muscle function. This therapy is highly effective for treating repetitive strain injuries and muscle tightness, helping you recover faster and perform at your best.
Functional Range Conditioning is a comprehensive joint training system based on scientific principles that improves joint health and flexibility. This therapy is perfect for individuals looking to enhance their performance, reduce the risk of injury, and build long-lasting strength.
Soft Tissue Therapy is a comprehensive approach that uses massage and other techniques to alleviate tension, promote relaxation, and improve circulation. It’s ideal for relieving stress, addressing muscle pain, and supporting overall well-being.
This technique combines hands-on therapy with active participation, using gentle movements to restore joint function and reduce pain. It’s a highly effective method for quickly improving mobility and getting you back to your daily activities.

Exercise Rehabilitation involves personalised exercises designed to strengthen weak areas, improve stability, and prevent future injuries. Whether recovering from an injury or enhancing your physical performance, this therapy is key to long-term health and resilience.

Acupuncture uses thin needles inserted at specific points to stimulate your body’s natural healing process. It’s an effective treatment for pain relief, reducing tension, and promoting relaxation, and it is backed by centuries of practice and modern research.
IASTM involves using specialised tools to address soft tissue restrictions, break down scar tissue, and improve muscle function. This therapy is excellent for chronic pain, tightness, and injuries, helping you recover faster and move more comfortably.
