Rheena Estrella, Physiotherapist
I’m Rheena, a physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience in the United States, before embarking on a new chapter in London in the spring of 2024.
I earned my Bachelors in Physical Therapy from De La Salle University in the Philippines in 2002. I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 at the University of Montana in the United States.
My areas of expertise are in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and concussion rehabilitation. I developed a keen interest in treating patients experiencing dizziness, neck and shoulder pain, and lower back and knee issues.
My goal is to aid individuals in healing better and achieving their optimal recovery so they can return to life and live fully. I incorporate manual techniques, soft tissue mobilisation, pain neuroscience, and bespoke exercise prescriptions to ensure patients achieve their functional goals.
When not treating patients, I enjoy attending pilates classes, exploring new restaurants, travelling, and immersing myself in cultural experiences with my husband, son, and our cherished dog.

Michael Shea, Physiotherapist
I am a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special focus on treating back pain. Whether you’re dealing with a recent onset or a chronic issue that has persisted for over many years, I am committed to helping you find relief and improve your quality of life.
In addition to back pain, I treat a wide range of conditions, including everyday aches and pains, sports injuries, and work-related issues. My approach to physiotherapy is open and honest, ensuring that we work together to achieve your short- and long-term goals.
Since January 2021, I have worked as a physiotherapist in diverse settings within the NHS and the private sector. My academic journey began with a degree in Sports Science and Physiology from the University of Leeds, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia.
Outside of my professional life, I have a strong passion for fitness and enjoy spending time at the gym. I am also an avid cricket player.

Samuel Wong, Physiotherapist
I’m Samuel, a physiotherapist born and raised in Hong Kong. I pursued my undergraduate studies in Canada before attaining my Master’s in London. My journey into this field began with a fascination with human biomechanics and a desire to help others reclaim their physical freedom.
Beyond the clinic, you’ll find me delving into the latest advancements in physiotherapy, participating in continuous professional development workshops, and refining my skills to ensure each client receives the highest level of personalised care. My clinical interests are addressing shoulder, lower back, and knee pain. I combine hands-on techniques, dry needling, and tailored exercises to ensure you regain physical freedom and eliminate pain.
