Helping people move better and live more confidently is at the heart of everything I do. Raised in Norway within a Vietnamese household, I developed an early appreciation for health and resilience. Seeing firsthand the transformative impact chiropractic care had on my family inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to hands-on, patient-centered care.
I work with a diverse range of patients—from competitive athletes to those navigating persistent, recurring pain. Whether managing sports injuries, back and neck pain, or complex movement issues, my approach is rooted in functional rehabilitation and strength-building. I am particularly passionate about providing practical, active solutions for long-term pain management to help patients return to work, sport, and daily life with ease.
A graduate of the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (now Health Sciences University), I continue to evolve my practice through my work with the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS). I also volunteer as a sports chiropractor for a local boxing club, where I specialise in injury recovery and performance management.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me practicing calisthenics, traveling, or exploring the local food scene.
