My journey to becoming a chiropractor began after I personally experienced the powerful benefits of chiropractic care as a child. This experience sparked a lifelong passion for helping others move better and feel their best.
Having achieved a Masters in Chiropractic, and being an avid runner, I have a strong focus on supporting my patients to achieve long term pain-free lifestyles, whether that’s on a run or taking the dog for a walk.
Over the years, I have a deep understanding of the connection between pain, healing, and emotional stress, and I take pride in educating and guiding my clients through this. The goal is to empower you to take control of your health, move freely, and live fully.
With experience treating a range of patients from athletes, children, pregnacy and elderly who I have helped manage a range of conditions including, neck pain, jaw pain, headaches, scolosis, pelvis misalignment, a slipped disc, sciatica, ACL tears and shoulder impingement.
As someone immersed in sport, I bring energy and dedication to supporting active individals who want to keep doing what they love keeping you in the know on how to stay injury-free. On the weekends you’ll often find me on the hockey pitch or coffee shop with friends.
