My journey into chiropractic began after a badminton injury left me searching for a way back to the sport I loved. Experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care firsthand showed me how powerful it can be in helping people recover from pain, regain function, and return to the activities that matter most — and it inspired me to pursue it as a career.
I take an individualised, evidence-informed approach, because no two patients are the same. I tailor each treatment plan around the person’s goals, lifestyle, and needs, drawing on spinal manipulation, dry needling, soft tissue techniques, and exercise-based rehabilitation to help patients move better, recover efficiently, and stay active long term.
I’m especially passionate about helping people rebuild confidence in their movement. Recovery isn’t only about reducing pain — it’s about understanding your body, overcoming the fear of movement, and trusting yourself to return to what you enjoy. Whether I’m treating acute injuries, persistent aches and pains, or fine-tuning performance, my focus is on practical, tailored care that supports long-term health.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me playing badminton, at the golf range, or travelling and trying new food — all of which keep reminding me how much being able to move freely matters.
